Each of my ongoing endeavors lean heavily into the arts & sciences. I use the art of writing to communicate research findings, share my personal thoughts, experiences, and perspective, and to connect with people who grant me a bit of their time.

My primary scientific endeavor is Kiaspo, a boutique research consultancy I founded in the spring of 2020. In 2026, Kiaspo has matured into a research consultancy dedicated to helping organizations overcome the social divisions that stand in the way of building and sustaining strong stakeholder relationships.

My undying passion for urban research fuels the newly created Urban Datasets Hub. This endeavor is focused on delivering datasets that augment the knowledge base of housing-centered agencies and organizations. It is now under the JMW Research umbrella.

There is more on the horizon, and I look forward to sharing more in the near future.
